We provide induction training, job specific training and refresher training to ensure all employees are highly competent in the use of the equipment required to carry out and complete their work to a high standard.
Our training program is extensive and continues throughout the year maintaining and improving our employee’s skills. |

• The selection, inspection, fitting & wearing of personal protection equipment.

• IPAF operators certificate for scissors & booms.
• IPAF harness certificate.
• PASMA scaffold certificate.
• The safe use of access cradles (manual & powered).
• Appointed persons first-aid.
• Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS).
• Supervisors training.
• Toolbox Talks.
We also recognise that management training is vitally important to ensure we can deliver and continually improve site safety and the quality of service provided to our customers. |
Management training/further education courses include:
• Business management techniques.
• BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System internal auditing courses.
• Manual handling train the trainer course.
• Risk assessment.
• COSHH assessment.
• nebosh National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
• OCR level 4 NVQ in Occupational Health and safety Practice.
• OCR level 5 NVQ in Occupational Health and safety Practice.
Customers can view or will be provided with copies of the company training matrix and training certificates on request. |
